hi, first of all i dint went to hotel due to medical emergency, all my family members are down with fever. regarding same i informed your team and asked for cancellation. which is not done. really disappointed with services.

It's one of the nightmare to book this Hotel. Hotel GM and Manger are doing setting with Taxi in front of Hotel. They donot open the Hotel Gate for Taxi I had called.Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was a complete disaster. The General Manager and the reception staff are involved in a shady scheme, taking commissions from the taxi drivers stationed out front. It was a bad experience to stay at Lazy Lagoon pool excess is only 7pm eveing and our checkout is today and there was heavy rainfall outside and we called reception fr luggage pick up and umbrella but they send only 1 guy fr luggage and no umbrella we get and waiting fr few minutes i my self hold the luggages and get down to the stairs
