Rooms are below average, with dampness on walls and old air conditioners. washrooms connected to the rooms are in bad state, exhaust fan is not working, toilet flush not working properly.

location of the property hotel le golden is excellent. best thing is that it is just few steps far from golden temple... and also all the major attractions are on walking distance and few other are easily accessible thru local transport on reasonable or cheap rates
only area which hotel can improve is their kitchen and housekeeping services

Bathrooms were very very untidy. Water leakages were there. Room essentials were also nit provided at check-in, for everything we need to call House keeping for many times, even for Towels.

Not the same place as it used to be 5 years back. You have to beg for even soap, towels and bottle of water for your room. Maintenance is zero.

room was with walls .small windowroom service is poorhad to wait for tea for appx 1 hr after orderingno towel provided in washroom even after repeated reminders
