very bad experience. i booked for 3 people stay and prepaid the entire amount. still at time of check in the d t's hotel policy which was not mentioned in the app interface while booking. this is ultimate scam

I stayed at Le Meridien as a part of my conference and the stay was absolutely amazing! A special shoutout to the staff who were extremely helpful. They allowed me for an early check-in understanding that I had come early due to the conference. Also the handling of the luggage was extremely careful. the rooms were spacious, clean with a prompt in room dining and housekeeping service. Enjoyed my conference more as it was held in Le Meridien!

not provided basic facilities like 2 brush for 2 personwe booked for 3 peoplebut while we reached here le meridian charged extra payment for 3rd person around 2k something/( 2000 plus tax).they told to us provide extra bed for 3rd person and also not provided any kit like soap ,cream,brush and paste,no coffee mug and sache packets for the 3rd personthen y they charged extra payment for the 3 rd one .unsatisfied highly not recommended to anyone,very bad experience and money waste.le meridian facilities are not getting and they are not providing good service based on our experience.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Kochi with my family, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.
