it's very horrible stay.
no hot water, we asked staff for it but everytime he ignored
no one is present on reception counter
i called them lot of time but no response
and there is smokey smell in rooms
no ventilation

Room is nice, clean and big.
AC- not enough to cool the room properly.
Parking- Car parking can be issue if there are more than 1 car.
Washroom- 1 stool is required in the washroom

we are frequently visiting this property. This was our second visit within these two months. Property is really good. neat and clean. But this time we feel very nervous, because we booked the property prior but as they also take direct walk in so they refused to give a property that we were looking for and stayed before. As a substitute they arranged some other accommodation but that is quite not acceptable. rest all Good.
