One of the worst customer service experience I ever had. - Lift was not working till 3 PM answer from the reception was beyond our control as there was power cut so AC and TV were also not working - When power resume, TV DTH was not giving signal due to remote of TV not working properly, so not able to change TV input mode when I conveyed them they blatantly lied and said there is a power cut at the operator end. it was good and near to the lake. 5-10 min walk only. good new building and supportive staff.
