The facade was good , the Reception staff were very polite and responsive,the food at M was exceptional and the fnb staff were very polite.The bath towels provided were very soft with good fragrance .The buffet in both breakfast + dinner was very tasty with more than 30 + options .Overall the stay was very comfortable & excellent.Will sure make my visit next month . TV provided in the room have no Sound Output

the experience was horrible ...the bathroom lock was not working ...if you call the reception they don't pick up and if they pick they send you things after half an hour...the swimming pool was totally dirty and there was no maintenance...very bad property

i am rating it as 3 for the reasons below. 1) there was no one to respond in reception for a minute during checkin. 2) the reception call was unattended (not picked) while trying to communicate my checkout. 3) housekeeping was done in our absence without our knowledge. of course all materials were safe. 4) menu based on qr code didn't cover any breakfast items. 5) taste was not class but the service at the restaurant was good. 6) card access to lift operation is understood and agreed for safety, but what if one wants to stay in room and have a delayed start while the other wanted to move...
