Relaxing Getaway with Excellent Hospitality We had a truly pleasant and relaxing experience at this resort. The staff were exceptionally courteous and always eager to assist, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms and all essential toiletries provided. very nice property with good ambience, greenery and food.Supporting staff behaviour is good and helpful.Kids enjoy swimming pool and food a lot.... Really value for money.👍

Dear [Hotel Manager / Customer Service Team], I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a distressing experience during my recent stay at your property. We checked into Room 214 around 8:00 PM and left shortly afterward to attend an event. Upon our return at approximately 12:30 AM, we were shocked to find the entire room flooded due to a severe AC water leak. The situation was chaotic, and it completely disrupted our night. Hotels Room was amazing with beautiful jungle view but apart from that every thing was not at all up to the mark . Amenities were very less and not properly maintained . Swimming pool was very dirty , water was stinking ,no attendant no bath towels available . Room services were poor . Half of items in menu cards were not available .For every things they starts with NO first . Breakfast was having limited options not justifying the brand name . In nutshell they are charging against their brand name , rest services are like single star hotel .
