very good . I stayed 2 nights it's a nice hotel within budget , it was clean and toiletries are maintained . my room was having balcony to see the river end . no restaurant so negative point otherwise they could have got 5 ratings. room sizes are very good at this budget . hotel is far from the airport. but for cochi visit it's okay to live .

it was overall a good experience. the place looks a bit wear down than what it looks in the photos of the hotel. apart from that, i couldn't find anything else to complain about.

we just loved the place! in my opinion, it is one of the best affordable comfort stays in kochi. first off, the location is easily accessible. it takes less than 1km walkable distance to reach there. the rooms are pretty clean. we’ve got a balcony which has this beautiful view along with decent privacy. you can also buy food and necessary items from shops nearby. the staffs were really hospitable. they ensured a hustle - free check in and check out.
not only is it a comfortable stay but also a go- to option while planning for a stay, without a doubt !

big disadvantage of the hotel is interconnected rooms which affects the privacy of inmates. also property needs renovation & timely maintenance of furniture fixture items. nevertheless staff at hotel was cooperative.

While the place was quite peaceful, I regret to mention that we faced a one-hour power interruption during our stay, and the toiletries provided were limited, with only one towel for two guests.
