The hotel was good but the Bar Service was pathetic. Prices are high as five star hotels but service is not at all good
most importantly, I saw rats running around in the dinning area and I am worried it must have been in the kitchen area too.
very unhygienic place to be.
and when informed to the management, there was no good response given in return for this bad service
