Room price was high, service was not good, very bad ambience, bathroom was not clean, bed sheet was not changed

There is no lift and the extra supplements like shampoo and all are not up to fit so make sure to carry your own👍

after checking to the room, I put a complaint about broken bathroom lock. Even after spending 2 days there after repeatedly asking them to fix it,they didn't fix it.I faced problem because of this.In the policy its written visitors are allowed but when someone is visiting us they are puting up a show saying illogical things and not allowing that person to enter the room.

the staffs are really good.Average food taste .quick chekin process.parking area is quite good and the hotel is well situated. It can compete with many hotels of higher price range. the premises are also neat.
just one thing they can have is to have a good entrance

We could not check-in in the hotel because of the cancellation of the link flight from Agartala to Kolkata Indigo 6E-6705 on 16.12.2022 ( 6.15 pm ) due to bad weather conditions. Kindly cancel the hotel booking
