worst hotel in gurugram.. please don't book this hotel. no facility available.
1. Geyser not working in washroom.
2. Paid for extra bed.. but no extra bed provided by hotel.
3. Towel not provided by time.
4. No food available.
5. Even drinking water is not available at time.
6. Some power sockets are not working in room.
7. No cloth hanger available in almira.

Package including complimentary breakfast was taken by me, and the money paid beforehand.. but till 9.30, the breakfast was not provided and we had to checkout without having food

this was a cool and pleasant experience to stay here. staff is very supportive, good cleanliness and hygiene.
no any kind of noise & and distrubance.
best services will reasonable price.

The location is amazing, walkable to IFFCO metro station so saved a lot for commute, the room is spacious, staff behaviour is good, just one issue had to ask for water bottles and towels multiple times to get it. But will definitely recommend this hotel
