It took 2 hours to get the second room i booked even after informing around 4 hours delayed check in, extended 1 day stay in single room cost same as 1 days stay for 2 rooms on day before.

It was trully pathetic Their was no hot water for shower Their was no medical kit in the hotel when asked for the medical kit they told us we dont have it and u can bring it from outside Such kind of basic amenities were not their Very pathetic
