had very bad experience while staying in this hotel ,room was stinking with washroom smell , very low maintenance of they don't use to clean their washroom after every check out.moreover their toilet flush was not in proper order was leaking water through out the whole night..will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Very poorly maintained Hotel. Not recommend at all. Ambience is not well and issues with basic amenities like water.

Hotel location excellent. Hotel staff very courteous.
Food quality good. Only problem faced was nonavailability of geiser/ running hot water. Supplied in bucket. Apparently the gas heater/ boiler was non functional.

There is no windows and no ventilation for any room.

Room was good but services are pathetic. No Breakfast was available till 8:30am on 7th Oct and had my breakfast in Natraj hotel which cost me ₹315 and same story in 8th Oct as well breakfast was not available till 9:30am. When I asked the receptionist why no Breakfast was available than got the reply that team was busy in Durgapuja last night so staff is not available. I have spent ₹ for 2 days which is totally waste of money.

Staying experience is wonderful. Service is really prompt & appreciable. Food is costly but moderate in taste. Visibility of Range of Neelachal from the Bank of Brambhaputra River is simply awsome. Over all my experience is really satisfactory.
Accessibility to my destination is good enough. The hotel is very much in the city.

Good Hotel, non AC standard room size is ok, excellent service, polite and cooperative behaviour, and good location.Good maintenance. I want to recommend other for the hotel.
