Location: Good , 10 min walking distance from CSMT
difficult to find if it's your first time
it's Lucknowi is more highlighted than the name Hotel Lords
surrounded by many restaurant and cafe

small room size, below average behaviour of housekeeping staff, lack of basic things such as hair oil, comb, shower cap etc.not worth of this much price& not a friendly behaviour

Reception fellows attitude shld be looked into we r paying a gud amt for the room tht shld be shown to the customers as well .Check in was hassle free ,bit expensive compared to the room size and all Facilities are ok thts it

Very nice hotel on prime location rooms are nice clean staff is cooperative calm and very nice
Early chekin and also we had our exam so we leave our child in hotel alone but they carefully handel my child and also give one more extra hour to check out thank you so much very noce stay
