Room is ok ok , location is good 4mins walk to sea , breakfast is very very limited only 1 item they will serve you that to only VEG Breakfast, eggs also not available, need to improve more in room maintenance

Everything was perfect, from the services to rooms to pool. The management was so good that i would recommend this cottage to every traveller. The service guys were so polite and helped us in every way they could

Bad Experience. Property not maintained at all. Rooms are not clean.. spider webs & dirt all over. Washroom was so dirty. Pool was filthy. Photos do not match reality. Needs so much improvement in services. Only good thing is close to beach.

the hotel is good and near to beach. staff behaviour is so good . very good hospitality. they don't have inhouse restaurant only u can get breakfast.

It was a great stay in Lotusfeet cottages. I loved the vibe and friendliness of the staff. They will ensure Everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. I have a couple of suggestions however, if you are looking for a full time working kitchen, they are working to set that up not yet operational. On the other side, they have a new pool which is amazing.

Stay has been very comfortable.. the best part is the place is quiet & yet close to market. It is 2 mins to the beach. Also the staff makes the stay worth it. Shekhar the manager is Absolutely fabulous. If any issue, it is fixed immediately.

I would very highly recommend this place:
- very close to the beach (<1min walk to many many shacks in Ashwem)
- place and rooms are extremely well maintained and very clean
- VFM: this is the best value-for-money place to stay that I have seen in my 5+ years of visiting Goa.
