Very bad experience. Rude behavior from reception staff at the time of check in. Somebody(hotel staff) entered my room while i went outside... Terrible.. Not at all safe.

They offered smaller room then booked one
Basic facility like Blanket was not given
Room cleanliness was not great with the facility items.
Reception n other communication was poor.

it is a genuine review that the stay and food was really superb.The staff attitude and behaviour is too professional.we got complementary breakfast along with stay,the food was extremely good and we feel like homely.overall love the place very well.
