excellent hotel. neat n clean. gr8 staff. gr8 amenities. gr8 food although food is costly. we forgot our Bluetooth ear buds which they returned without any hassle. very clean n hygienic. we took family room with 1 double bed and 2 sofa cum single bed for 2 kids. good size rooms and central heating.

Best Hospitality from all staff members of Lupin. smiling faces, helpful nature.
Location - Hotel is not near main market though, it has forest views.
It is far from main market however one can go walking if fit. For seniors it will be difficult to go to main market walking unless u hire local union car that stays with you.
Food - Is good variety of buffet. Taste and portion is also good.

Excellent service. 5star service. very well decorated rooms. Excellent heated room as well as toilet. located very close to main market. mind blowing coffe from coffee shop do try it. Thnx Nazer, Kaiser, Aasif and Yaseem for going extra mile to make us feel comfortable .๐

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lupin, Gulmarg! The location is fantastic, just a 20-minute drive to the ski slopes and Gondola point, making it a great choice for adventure seekers. The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains, creating a serene and picturesque setting.

we had a great stay in lupin gulmarg, all the staff and services were great, if any problems the staff is supporting 24/7, It was worth the money spent, the views were breathtaking from the room, The food was delicious except rice.

Both suite and family room were available at same cost and during booking I mistakenly selected
family room instead of suite. And this mistake proved costly as the hotel asked extra 2k (non negotiable due to peak season) for changing my room to suite.
Rest all was good, suite was same as shown in the images.
