The hotel manager Avinash and staff Vikram are very polite and helpful. This is stand out point for this hotel, other ones being that the rooms and the washrooms are clean and well maintained. The location is also good and close to Biswa Bangla convention center.
The only thing missing is an in-house food service which Avinash says they are starting very soon. Highly recommended.

staying at this place was a great experience. the hosts were very nice, helpful, and friendly. the rooms are quite spacious, and there's a cozy lobby with comfortable couches where you can relax. overall, i really liked the place — it's ideal for couples.

the room is good and clean but no water provided also there were coacraches in room and full of mosquito in night can't sleep well at night...counts as bad experience for me 😞
