I would say it is average in terms of comfort but overall experience is good. But in a place of that terain and price, I would like to rate it as perfect.

It is a very average type of homestay.. we had to ask for even drinking glass.Not suitable for winter stay.Only good thing is the food..it was very delicious.

Luzangla homestay is very unprofessional homestay. Do not expect any service. First of all they didn't have the confirmation of our booking and were not prepared for our arrival. When we reached there and claimed that we have a booking on that particular day the owner called someone and confirmed that we have booking for the night. The linens were not washed. clear open cheating.. after reaching to the property, was surprised when a lady told this property is not receiving booking.. .. told there is a different branch.. go there.. called to d given number.. replied go to the other home stay... the property where we were transfered was not a branch of luzangla, it's substandard.. but with heavy luggage, was not possible to search new homestay, moreover we already paid for luzangla..

We had a satisfactory stay at this home stay. There was not much amenities in the room, there was no T.V in the room.Apart from this, the staffs services were really helpful and co-operative.
