Hotel room is beautiful & spacious,but complimentary breakfast have limited option of other food taste is not at all good,so management of hotel should improve the quality of food,it's my suggestion.

pros- newly built hotel with spacious rooms and dining area. situated in central area with walking distance to main market

hotel location is good but has problem with 1 way drive... staff is really bad and breakfast is bad as well. room are decent..

The hotel is located in the heart of Shillong. Big room sizes and well furnished. Fantastic lobby, reception and restaurant area. I had a nice stay... enjoyable time.

our experience is average as it is 4star hotel we are 3 adults in a room .one bed is so uncomfortable and there is no hair dryer and also they don't provide sleepers . food is good

Very bad experience 😕. The staff was rude & uncooperative. Breakfast was disaster cold & tasteless. Poor room service.
