bad experience no food as per menu...bad service and there excuse due to the hotel sold out this problem...not accepted this type of excuse

Hotel is good and budget friendly, rooms are spacious, swimming pool is good. Foods are limited, service is very slow.

Rooms are premium.. all amenities are available.. food was good.. but little slow on service.. location is awesome.. safe for couples.. staff are very much cooperative.. they can help you every situation asap..

Had a pleasant stay with an amazing feel of sea breeze.... friendly and helpfull staff and clean rooms with good option for delicious meals (chicken lemon coriander soup was the best among all I tested), drinks, music... with clean swimming pool..... a nice place for any outing.... quick response from all hotel staff...

The hotel is "On The Beach", yes, however there are shacks right in front that guard the view. Too many bachelor gangs drinking all day (from 6AM) to the point it gets unconformable when with Family. Food quality is good but delayed service, which in some cases is understandable. Cleanliness is 8 on 10 although there were times during the day when the pool looked unusable. small hotel with about 10-12 rooms. Sea-view is only from 1st floor rooms that are higher priced. Service is polite.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and good. Food quality is so so and not very good. The price also seems to be on the higher side. The location is also okay near the beach. It would be better if the tea maker with refills are provided in the room at the present tariff which is on the higher side otherwise. Review is already given

They had let a different person check in under our booking. We could not be allocated any room despite having booked rooms a week prior to visit. However they actively tried to fix it and arranged for a different hotel which was also good and the rooms were wonderful. Hence the 4star review, as they cooperated and made necessary arrangements to give us an upgrade.

It's located in too interior, near about 20km from chaul-khola. You can only sit and have food in this resort. Nothing is around. No food or drink is available near by. You need to depend only on this resort. So food price is in higher side, the per day food cost for.my 10yr. old daughter, wife and mine was near about 2.2k.
