stay experience: hotel is at prime location, food is good but expensive. rooms are very basic and average compared to price. cleanliness is a big problem. basic amenities were not provided like kits. bed linens and pillow covers were dirty. when asked to change they replaced with even more dirtier ones. strange behaviour of staffs as if they had no interest to serve guests. welcome drinks and beverages were not provided stating that they forgot. they didn't even apologies for their service! they arranged cab for us to drop at njp but charged too high!

I was expecting a decent hotel since it had high ratings on Goibibo, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I had a lovely experience at a very reasonable price during my previous booking in Gangtok through Goibibo, but this hotel is highly overrated and overpriced. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location; otherwise, do not be fooled by the pictures posted online, it looks nothing like that in reality. The staff appeared careless and clueless. We stayed here for one night. The room (303) was spacious and comfortable, and the overall service was on point. We had booked a room with a view, but unfortunately, the view wasn’t clear from our room, which was a letdown.
The food was good, and the location is excellent—very convenient and well-connected.
Overall, it was a good and pleasant stay for a short visit.

"The swimming pool was out of service despite being a major advertised feature.": the hotel staff said it is out of order since last one year. And the staffs started arguing with us not to make it in running condition. After a strong arguments run the pool without full cleaning and with not clean water just for one day . we requested to make the pool hot thats they denied .
