Horrible experience of the so called most premium room of this Hotel.I stayed awake whole night reason being Rats and Mosquitoes.Faucet in bathroom is broken too.Rats running on false ceiling of the room. I was scared so much that i have to call security at 3AM. Pathetic experience.

Hotel is very clean, staff is very well behaved. Food is good. But I see no valid reason for giving a cup of tea for 55 rupees, that's out of the box expensive, at least fill the cup properly, you are charging enough then you should increase the volume of your food, what is the point of giving complimentary breakfast if it's whole weight is 30-40 gram. ( If u increase the weight, you cut the tea) . And if you are so professional with your upper command then why not cleaning the room on last day of stay.
