Good overall experience. The heater should not be chargeable since the climate is cold. Heater should be a part of basic amenities.
The towels looked washed out, and new towels need to be purchased.
The food was good.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. Upon entering, we were delighted by the welcoming atmosphere. The reception was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and eager to assist us. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable. If you're planning a trip with family, this is definitely a place to consider. We booked a room that included breakfast and paid around 8,000 for two days, which was well worth it. Location is good. Room is big and spacious, Hot water is available. Room is old but rest of all things are good. Hotel is old so paint is peeled off at some location but rest of the things are good. Outside food allowed. Wifi is not working inside last rooms

I have had wonderful time spent 3 days here, Very active staff members, always polite in their answers & quick service. The food is here is really made with good faith i believe it was just awasome.
Ambience is just as a resort their garden areas is so so well maintained. Had good time family loved it. Thank You Maganjis.
