Good comfortable stay. Food very good, especially for vegetarian. Giving 1 star less since their DTH & wifi not working. Hotels next door had DTH working, so their reason of clouds not valid. Overall value for money.

This hotel is truly value for money. We book at the last moment and got the largest room at just @1500. This hotel is located at the centre, right on the main road. provides limited parking as well. Food prices are anyway high in all of lachung. No electric kettle in room but they send hot water if you ask them. The first hotel to provide shampoo and conditioner. Though we just stayed the night, it was a good experience. The size of the room and location

Bad experience even after contacting the hotel staff . 1 lenins were not clean 2 towel were used 3 totally unhygienic setup untrained staff 4 noone was reply on phone. room was not ready even after informing the staff

Positive - The room was spacious with a large bed, shelf, table and bathroom. Negative - The carpet floor was not cleaned, bathroom was ok. We also had a really bad experience with the staff, Sri Guddu Kumar, there. When asked for helping us with a taxi arrangment, he was totally arrogant with his responses, and asking us to check-out fast, even when rain was pouring heavily. From check in to check out very Bad experience, manager is very very rude, there is no staff for services, not any food available in hotel and manager is not interested to do it as per visitors request. Only one oldest kakaji doing all work, as per the kakajis age that is not good. Experience at Hotel Magellan'S Group The Grand Lachen is very very Bad. I don't want recommend anybody. Thanks

The ameneties in the hotel were not at all good . The quality of the rooms and specially the toilet was pretty shabby. Food was good but very costly. Service was however very good . Mr. Tapan ,Manager , was very helpful and courteous. We had left one of our luggage in d hotel during checkout . Mr. Tapan arranged the same and got it delivered at Chunthang
