i'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at malika residency. despite having a confirmed booking, i was made to wait outside in the lobby for over an hour for maintenance work to be completed. the staff assured me it would only take 10 minutes, but the delay was significant. the issue was merely replacing a tile, which shouldn't been done in between my stay . what's worse is the unprofessional attitude of the staff. as a paying customer, i expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, wh ...more

"Hotel Malvika Residence exceeded my expectations! The hotel and restaurant were impeccably clean, and the front office staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The check-in process was seamless, with no unnecessary procedures. The rooms were well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended..

Major things like cleanliness & safety are good. Room & bathroom are clean. Bedlinen, towels r clean. Minor issues...Carry your own scissors to open Tetley tea packets, little more dusting of the switchboards & scrubbing bathroom walls will make it cleaner.. Tissues were not kept in the room. Since I was carrying it I didn't ask for it
