A bit costly based on the locations . you ll find the menu card too costly. They ll ask for the service charge as well if you stay at the top room

The stay at Malusara was perfect because of the location being right in front of the the Bhimtal lake. The food is delicious and special mention to the highly courteous and professional staff. I had forgotten my watch on checkout and the Manager helped courier it back to my home address promptly. Highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Bhimtal.

The property has excellent views and great location, right in front of the lake. The staff was courteous, however, my wife and myself both contracted stomach infection after having dinner at the property.

room service was ok....view was ok...the most horrible thing was meal... we ordered dal and chapati..u won't even imagine the price of chapati...it was of 30rs per piece..and it was more thin than a papad...such a looting stay it was...dal served in hospital is much better than it was served at this property...it was our first day of stay...and this property turned our all mood off... don't visit here if you are a food lover...bcoz they will just shut all your mood down...

Very comfortable stay and delicious food. Very sincere and helping staff. Seems recently renovated or refurbished. From woodwork to fitting everything was new and spotless. Neatness and cleaning was up to the mark. They even arranged a brand new scotty when I asked. Safe and peaceful stay. I strongly recommend. Only challenge one can face is their parking spot approach is very steep. Also couple of their rooms are situated at a height. So if you have challenge walking stairs (approx 30) ask for ...more

had a really nice stay, very helpfull and good staff. nice view, good food, clean rooms, good facility. nothing ever things was good just they didn't had tandoori items in food else a good experience and Fantastic stay.
