Staff was polite and helping, overall it was a good stay. Location is also good present on mall road. They have in house restaurant also.

i have rated single star for folliwing reasons:
my bathroom geysor was not working at all.
- its an old building with serious cracks. building will collapse any day and people could die in it with family. risky.
- pillow, bedsheet, mattress, duvet were very dirty and had sperms on duvet.
- in night several time someone tried open our room with key so we used "chitakni" for safety. it happens everyday.
- room & lobby of 2nd floor had no ventilation at all, so smell from all toilets was on floor a ...more

I didn't like the stay , total discomfort:(electricity was not there, the AC was not working at times, the bedsheet, pillow cover, and blanket were not clean, bathroom was not hygienic and clean.I strongly recommend you look for another hotel at this price.I stayed for three nights,
