stay was not good. amenities were not up to mark. tv not working. kettle and tea sachet were provided only after asking. no slippers. no dining room. there were so much chaos in the lobby while night.

c class hotel, no water bottle as a complementary no tea kettle, property is old not as much clean. fridge is not working. Dental kit provided as per the requirement no shaving kit.
food is good. No buffet in breakfast only room delivery

The hotel, is not maintained well, the staff is very average and the food is also quite bad. Location wise is decent as it's in the center of kanpur, but thats the only thing worth noting about the hotel
