Worst service. stayed for 3 days and room service not even done once. Food was bad in taste. No body cares if you like the food or not. No clean. Asked for cab to airport previous evening for early morning flight, no staff was there to assist, no cab came and they assured us that cab will be on time.This type of behaviour could have missed us the flight. Worst experience ever had in any hotel.

its a very nice hotel. enjoyed the stay..only concern is that it is far from market and local transport is not easily available. only few shops near by. food is decently priced. .

all hotels in Leh have similar structure. This hotel looks grand from the outside but needs some maintenance inside. the rooms and toilets are good but need a bit of uplifting in lights and furniture. Staff is really courteous. best part is the buffet breakfast. One can ask for a bon fire also. good garden space. ample parking space. easy to find. The only problem is that the WiFi is only near the reception, if they could install repeaters, it'd be great. the TV did not work in the beginning but they changed the set top box immediately on request, and it worked. good stay, value for money.

This hotel had scheduled timings for each and everything for example it had fixed timings for breakfast which would only be given between 8-9 am and no room services or dinner after 9 pm. They did not have any wi-fi facility in the rooms the only wi-fi which was working was working in the lobby area. Their room services were quite bad.I got complimentary breakfast as a part of my stay here which was good enough. The location of the hotel is such that it is located 1 KM from the main Churah of Leh. In the bathroom the flush was not working properly and the other things around were fine!.
