it's very very dirty...i never experienced like this hotel in Ooty... because of it total trip have spoiled.. really very bad rating....in goibibo.beacause of maneck hotel... your app rating...can decreases... don't share this hotel details in website....the ge

During visit room was not cleaned .
Room cleaning done only after checkin.

The rooms were extremely dirty and not cleaned properly, with dust in every corner and filled with mosquitoes. We requested mosquito coils or repellents from the staff three times, but they did not provide anything. To make matters worse, they gave us two torn towels.The experience was so bad that we decided to check out the next morning. Unfortunately, we did not receive any refund the hotel. Additionally, there were 2-3 young workers who appeared to be children, and they were laughing behind our backs, which made the stay uncomfortable—especially for couples

The room pick which is uploaded by the hotel is not the same room they provided.
Rooms are not clean and furniture is damaged.
There are a lot of mosquitoes inside the room, bed spreads are not clean.
The intercom is not working, for everything you need to go to reception to get.
hot water available only at 7am to 10am, in night it is hard to use restroom water are so cold.

Extremely bad experience..😡
They are not willing to give towels,soap,hot water…..
Room and bathroom not clean
Bed sheet pillows cover are not clean it's not changing.
Room fully dust.
I asked several times if I wanted a towel at night and they said the towel was taken to wash.
Please give me my money return .

Room not clean,bed and pillow not comfortable , broken door,no space to relax,very small room,room height also very less.not comfortable in room, midnight can't sleep .due to more sound surounding

the lights in corridor and a disturbance to sleep as it's fully lit at night and no curtains on the corridor windows to block the light. Otherwise fine if looking only for night stay near railway station or bus stand.
