Absolutely ridiculous the hotel room had no running water. The staff at the front desk was sleeping when i came to check in. He then again went back to sleep and i had to wake him up to get the water running. No intercom available in the room had to come down every time I needed something. Poor experience.

Room was well but have no cupboard. Drinking water was also an issue. Location is near to Railway station. Staff behavior well.

They haven't provide the room even after confirm booking in midnight at 11.45 pm along with the family. They totally are money minded people. After threatening of police complain they have provided room in different hotel at midnight of 1 am. Staff behavior is very rude. Not recommended with family to stay there.

I stayed there on 13 April 22 on that hotel... there was no any food facility. They purchased food from nearby restaurants on your order. They provide me the food purchased from nearby restaurants.. and provide plates and spoon all the plates,spoon, and bowel I have to clean myself..as it was very much dirty. even they don't have same size of two spoon... agai the service boy also asked me Rs.30 extra for providing the food as room service...
