I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Mansar, Jammu. The experience was deeply disappointing due to several issues that are completely unacceptable.1. Lack of Basic Facilities:There was no provision for complimentary drinking water, which is a standard amenity in most hotels.The washroom lacked basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo.2. They have changed the rooms 3 times as I have got problem in 3 rooms as firstly flush was not working , TV was not working and the most imp AC was not functional in all the rooms moreover I have paid 600 rs daily for only aloo Paratha breakfast for 3 days as no buffet breakfast available.
Pathetic with no service ....I am not at all demanding but this is not worthy property.

It was a very bad experience staying here washroom was not neat and clean , food is ok ,
Room service is very poor , the photos they have uploaded to attract customers are different and the rooms are in very worst condition ,
Will never stay here or will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends .
Blankets and quilts are not washed I think

This is very unfortunate that it's been more than 25 days that i requested to refund my money as i didnt stay at the hotel and cancelled my booking. The only response i received multiple times is that my complaint has been escalated.
Kindly refund my money.

The hospitality was very bad, the WiFi and geyser were not working, even though they don't have basic amenities in the room like bathroom slippers, water bottle, shower gel etc

Had a decent stay at Mansar.
Good breakfast and clean hygienic washroom and rooms. Market place is nearby at walking distance.
Internet service was a bit disruptive
