Wonderful place, service is really very good. you would not think to go out of the hotel once also as you get everything inside ,the cherry on top is discotheque. Just the indoor games are not much.

Hotel is very good and staff is helpful. Only suggestion for improvement is breakfast menu. Needs to be better. Overall stay was comfortable.

Stay was ok staff was good food is too expansive and not worth of taste compared to price resort far from alibaug. And malwani food available. They must add few things
Children playing should be increased
Should add indoor games for adults
Outer lights are very deemed which sense lack of enjoyment
Malwani thali should be added in to food

We stayed in Delux Mountain View rooms which is a very small room and bed on one side of the wall attached to the wall. Hygiene of the room was average and we faced many issues with the facilities such as telecom not working, Wi-Fi very slow (with no phone network in the rooms), hot water not available, flush tank constantly leaking and when we complained the staff was not able to fix these issues. Even swimming pool tiles were broken which scratched my leg. Staff was cooperative and nice. Food was average. If you stay here you can enjoy rain dance, barbecue and indoor sport.

Overall experience was awsome especially the staff was very humble and polite throughout the stay Mr. Suraj and one more staff (name not know) was very cooperative. Looking forward to stay again at Map Resort on our next visit to Alibag.
