pathetic experience
1. the television is not working
2. heater not available in the room
3. we ordered bread butter and they responded there is no bread available the same for rice also.
4. toilet pressure pump also water leakage
5. no room cleaning during stay.
6. only one person taking care from reception to terrace.

I am a YouTuber .There was a worst experience we faced in my entire journey .Hotel was ok. location also accessible from mall road but the service very WORST. When we went there, even though they knew that no tempo traveler were allowed to go to Solang Valley due to heavy snowfall, but they booked us a same vehicle and pushing us to pay a full day's rent for just 3 km travel. Hotel was ok. location also good but service very worst. They helping not for customers. When we went there, even though they knew that no tempo traveler were allowed to go to Solang Valley due to heavy snowfall, but they booked us a same vehicle and pushing us pay a full day's rent for just 3 km travel. Good for a budget hotel. Average facility, deluxe rooms are a little bit smaller in size, but are in fine condition. Frequent power cuts are an issue in manali, but this hotel has fast power back up which is a plus point. Parking is available. The hotel location is 2 min walk (slope) from Mall road.

One best hotel I stayed in Manali. The people here was very very helpful, Bhim Singh ji is so helpful whenever we needed of anything. suited for couple, family and friends also. the best part is mall road is 200 M walking distance from the hotel
