hotel denied to provide amenities listed in description poor management 👎all around the room it's like living in a jungle lots of power cut and no backup complementary breakfast is worst every day same menu potato is there favorite dish no communication to the city center it's like a jail

the hotel was amazing and the room was very neat and clean.staff is so cooperative.i recommend everyone to please explore this property.its totally newly built.

hotel is located in a very remote area, you would hardly even see a local need by post 6-7pm, so make sure to reach hotel on time..hotel is not easily accessible from main road, so if booking for specially abled people with wheelchair , then avoidhospitality wise, this is one of the best hotels, super co-operative staff, very well behaved and very helpful, food is good as well and rooms are good as well...but if you opt for extra bed, they just give a high mattress, which is quite hard and not v ...more

location was excellent. hotel staff and reception were very helpful. quiet near to the frozen waterfall. rooms are wodden chalets. rooms can be better as lighting is very dim. all other facilities were good. food was good as well

5/5 for location. But incase of heavy snowfall you may not be able to easily reach the hotel.
5/5 for service.
2/5 for property: Due to light wooden structure of the hotel, even a small noise could be easily heard from the other room.
In my friend's room, there was a rat which caused lot of problems for us.
3/5 for food: They use lot of oil in everything, not sure why.
Dal makhani and kadhai paneer was not good and soup given was literally the knorr soup.

the only thing which i did not like was the privacy concerns as the hotel is build of wood, lot of disturbance comes from neighbors.
even you can hear little talks of each others rooms.

well maintained hotel in the lap of the nature.. at walking distance from drang waterfall....both the valley and waterfall view is just breathtaking stuffs are really sweet and polite ❤️a big balcony with a spectacular view... one can just sit nd enjoy the white beauty of drang for hours
