I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

The hotel is good at very good location with excellent staff behavior. Although it lacks amenities and has slightly smaller rooms, but has all the room facilities that is need and consider special requests as well. The restaurant and food quality is good and overall I had wonderful stay with my family. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent experience at this hotel! The respectful and welcoming staff, delicious meals, and well-maintained room made me feel at home. The entire team, from cleaners to chefs and management, are a credit to this establishment. Highly recommended! Great place to stay comfortable staff was very warm and helpfull and ambience of this hotel is next level.

They did not provide hot water, as they said that there is so much hot outside so we do not provide hot water now. After we request them they told us that they will provide us hot water for one day but they did not.Around 2 am someone among their staffs call us in the intercom and tell us that tomorrow we wont be able to provide you hot water.Seriously?? NOT WORTHY OF ANY STAR. They practice Unhygiene to the core.😔1. The Housekeeping guy (Middle age man around 30 - 35 years old) came to clean the bathroom with only one plastic bucket carrying all the cleaning items including the toilet brush and the other item around and over it. He brushed the commode with Harpic and then kept it back into the same bucket. He then removed the cloth which was over this Toilet brush and started to wipe the sink area.
