Location is great, close to market and bus/taxi stand, has a very good restaurant, but service is not satisfactory.

Hello colleagues,
Don't book this hotel by mistake. They can cancel your booking just before check In whether you have booked the hotel in advance and also paid the amount. In order to have a joyful stay and enjoying kalimpong, stay away from this hotel.

Please do not book this hotel/lodge. It is a complete waste of money. No cleanliness and no service for cleaning or maintenance. We had booked this place for a 3 night stay from 12th to 15th Nov. We had booked it thinking of the ideal location of being on the main road with places nearby for visit.
But when we arrived here, we found the room and the washroom very dirty. The towel they provided was very very dirty and looked like a used one. Even the dustbins weren't emptied and were full of gar ...more

The enteranc to Hotel is through a not so clean restaurant. Stair axe was too dirty. Room walls were also dirty therefore no photographs taken
