Continuous nuisance, ongoing work, poor and hostile hotel staff. Horrible service. We are currently staying at the hostel and continuous work is going on near our room having a lot of noise. When I complained about it to the reception, the person started shouting at me. Never come again. Staff is very uncooperative. even the property manager was not able to do anything about the sound. Resort manager did not respond to my mail. Hopeless management.

The stay was very pleasant. The ambience was very good. The food was delicious. The best part is staff. Staff was courteous and attending. They also allow access to all amenities of Mayfair lagoon like gym, swimming pool, jogging tracks. Overall a must visit if you stay in Bhubaneswar. Even liked their 15th August programme. Rooms were very cosy and comfortable. Interiors were very appealing and antique.

hotel is good but more of a event place. rooms are spacious but wooden flooring was making too much noise. good upscale rooms and excellent hygiene. however rooms need modification and maintenance.

It was a great experience. The service and staff are really good. They give every effort to make u comfortable. You can ask them for anything like a family, and if they can they will definitely arrange it for you. Its the real meaning of "Mayfair" A must stay for all.
