The property is good, spacious, well maintained. Staff are very polite and helpful. Service is really good. Food quality is very good and tasty. But the food is very highly priced. Moreover the menu is very precise and there are not many options specially for vegetarian food.
Room space, Bath tub, swimming pool, cleanliness, peace, polite staff, property tour by the sales person, good quality service, clean and hygienic washrooms, toiletries etc provided were good

One of my best stays...the staffs are very cordial and warm.the ambience of the property feels very serene and in touch with nature..loved the greens ...the plants are very well maintained... the rooms are very clean and food is amazing...so will definitely visit again.

1. your website claimed that there is complimentary room upgrade. it’s not written “on availability” it’s written “is available”. but mr. minhaj at reception did not allowed.
2. it’s written that minibar is available with snacks and soft drinks what it contained is two bottles of water.
3. booked to celebrate my anniversary. asked for a cake but initially denied that no bakery items available. however, it was provided on request.
4. reception did not informed that last food order was at 11 pm ...more
