The service here is good, the staff service here is very good. Anurag ji supported me a lot and was very helpful, I don't even know how he got through the 3 day stay.

worst experience ever, they have provided 2 deluxe rooms instead of 1 premium deluxe room and 1 deluxe room as mentioned. they didn't deliver any complimentary benefit and forced us to check out at 11.00 am only. Manager of this hotel behaves like a goon. they even didn't provide room service.

The room ends as soon as it starts. It is so small it is not worth Rs 2500+tax.Even AC off at night. Too much expensive menu.there is Hotel Taj at a short distance, go there and eat, the rate is same.Parking not available. Bathroom size is just like pan ki gumti

total unprofessional behavior, billing issues added another room food bill in my room & breakfast was very poor & cold. staff were quarreling with themselves. all together very poor management. I asked them to serve glass and they told me glass is not allowed in the room & they served paper glass in my room. next day I saw they were serving glass in another room. I complained about this partiality to hotel management but they were clueless.
