the whole hotel was dirty. the exhaust fan was broken. the mattress, bedsheet and blanket were too dirty. ac was not cooling up to the mark. we felt hot in the room at night. there were too many pigeons along with its potty everywhere. the building is too old without any proper painting. the washroom was too dirty, the faucet was not working. no towel and soap were provided. the worst experience i have ever experienced in life.

Hotel location - Great! Near to the Station.
Hotel service - Great! Everything delivered on time and promptly responded to our requests.
Hotel Room Quality - Satisfactory. Electric Switches were broken. switchboard was hanging of the wall. Bedsheet clean and bathroom also clean.
Overall for a family stay, hotel is good. Definitely recommend.

the jet spray were not working in one room
hot water was not coming in washroom
blankets were not cleaned properly and chairs and bed cover were torn
nothing as a group but individually it's not good hotel to stay

Very old hotel, no proper staff, food was very costly, no cleaness any where, dirt hi dird every where. bad experience, Paisa waste hotel.
