very small tiny rooms, wifi not working, no lift,but people are helpful.. 5000/ budget for this not worth :(

The room was ok. No breakfast was served although they took money for that. There was no communication also. We had to go to the third floor terrace for food as informed by the reception but found nothing there. There was no lift also

I had stayed there many times. An average hotel near by SantaCruz railway station and Airport. hotel is small and so are the rooms. Services are however are nice but don't expect anything luxurious.

worst hotel. ac not working for the whole night . no help from receptionist... mosquitoes and dirty bed sheets for 3000 rs per night

The location is good near santacruz Station on east.
shopping and resturants are available nearby.
Hotel is not that good as per price but staff are helpful.
