services are not available like tea except between 8-8. washroom door having no locks. ladders are very congested so if you take valley view upper rooms it's tough to take your luggage. staff was well behaved and mannered. Rest all is ok.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Nice and short spacious cosy room. Room and bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable.

location and atmosphere is not suitable for solo girl Traveller or couple. Even drinking water was chargable, reception was asked for 35 rs. per mineral water bottle.

pathetic hotel, i ever stayed in my life room doesn't have window or balcony toilet is very dirty washbasin is broken shower not working. rooms are smelly bedsheet and blanket is dirty don't recommend this hotel at all this review i write in August 2022. only good thing is it's 500 MTR from Mall road using lot of stairs. but using Google map, it's very difficult to find that hotel.

It is a dingy place with not too much room to move around. My wife and I found it uncomfortable because of all the scratches, marks and spots on the room walls, things like the exhaust weren't working in our room. Room service also is available only in the comfortable hours of the day. They need to learn about keeping the room clean and hygienic, the bathroom wasn't clean. It feels like we got ripped off.
