Had the worst staying experience of my life. The rooms are in very shabby condition. Don't believe at the pics shared on Goibibo or the hotel website.
I have attached the above pics to support my claim. Rooms have foul smell due to dampness, cockroaches running on bed & floors, broken knobs & faucet, muddy water etc.
While I was bathing suddenly mud and dirty water came of the shower. When I dryed myself with the towel the mud was all over it. (Pic attached).

This hotel is not so good for staying. Location is very bad. Communication is very bad. Hotel out side area is nasty. Hotel looks like old.

The hotel is Situated in a good place, near the airport and Santa Cruz Railway station, but not maintained by the hotel management. The rooms have a bad smell. The entrance door has a listing opening voice. some small Insects in rooms. No Dental kits have provided and water you have to pay and buy. All things are messy.
