Hotel and room was good but need to improve room service.Food quality is good but too much expensive. water bottle 42/- is so expensive. no welcome drinks and no discount in food as mentioned

Good stay but breakfast quality has degraded, getting hot water in bathroom is tough it not available 24 hrs but it is made available when we request everytime that to very lightly warm

There were few issues wrt cleanliness- toilet seat wasn't clean as per the standard, the manual door lock wasn't available in the room and somebody barged in with their key, i had to call the reception to not disturb me. And in general the room didn't meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mellnia Residency. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment. The front office manager and the front office staff were especially excellent — very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
Though there were a few delays in service at times, the team made sure all requests were fulfilled properly. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
