very good hotel to stay at Lucknow Charbagh railway station. neat and clean, well behaved staff. good atmosphere. love to stay again. I was stayed in ground floor room so it's looks excellent.

tv was there but dish connection was not working. ac was not working. landline phone was not there.
so there was nothing as basic amenities.

The hotel is very good and located near Lucknow LJN, just 10 min. walk
The staff helped us get the rickshaw early morning at 5.15 a. m.
Rooms are good
peopel are good
we liked it very well
Hotel did not have luggage but staff being very caring, carried arranged baggage to our room
Very Safe
the hotel believes in Mata.. and it feels great

Hotel was Good,Rooms are nice .Staff behaviour and all amenities were fine..Hotel lacks Lift bcoz u have to climb 2-3 floors on stairs

very worst room quality and service.
food was also not healthy.
no proper complimentary kits towel brush shampoo provided by hotel.
didn't recommend to anyone in this hotel
