room and balcony was spacious. the coconut and other trees available in the hotel premise provides profound charm.
disappointed with the level of toilet and bathroom. it requires upgradation. inside decor of room also need upgradation. maintenance and services are expected to be of much higher level. however, nice experience.👍👍

It is my favourite place of stay with a pool and convenience.
Now it is old and decaying. Management is planning renovation.

I was there in the monsoon so there was no rush or busy goa season, so the service was really good the property is really good has a pool and close to Miramar Beach, I would recommend it if you wish to make longer stay.
The Room and the Villa and overall location of the hotel.
