First the TV was not functional and got rectified after a long time of complaint. Food was ordered and it came with the wrong bill. The bathroom flush was broken. Even the next day the food took a very long time to come though they had confirmed it would be ready in 20mins, it took more than 40mins to come. While checking out the food bills were to be settled and they had not considered 10% F&B discounts that was provided and the billing process was very much delayed
