Unhygienic and Unclean Rooms with lots of Cockroaches in Room especially bathroom. I suggest to only stay if there is no other alternative

we were asked to produce our marriage photographs as proof. and there was no lift, so we needed to carry bags for two floors. the room was unclean. completely unpleasant.

Rats, cockroaches and insects are in rooms. due to that I Got itching. Bedsheets, pillows are not clean
They are providing breakfast from purchasing the food in local shops and not maintaining hygienic. please remove free breakfast options.

Bed of headboard dirty , bedsheet dirty, wall paint is falling , broken washbasin , they need to give good rooms as they charge the rooms .

Location wise good, means very close to CST station. Staff are good in dealing . But not worthy as per price. Rooms are not maintained properly .
